The former Infowars Washington bureau chief, who recently testified before a federal grand jury in special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into Russian interference in the 2016 USA presidential election, tells ABC News that after two months of closed-door talks with investigators, the special counsel has now indicated he will be charged within a matter of days.
Two sources close to the president's legal team told Fox News prior to the midterm elections they believe the Mueller probe is "winding down", echoing other reporting that the investigation is coming to a close.
Stone dropped hints during the campaign - backed up by emails more recently made public - that he knew in advance emails hacked from the Clinton campaign would be released.
The Guardian reported that Jerome Corsi, a conspiracy theorist and conservative author, was questioned by investigators working on the Mueller probe over his links to the right-wing former British politician, Nigel Farage. And Mueller's office is trying to determine whether Stone and other associates of President Donald Trump had advance knowledge of WikiLeaks' plans.
Rudy Giuliani, a lawyer for Trump, declined to comment, as did Peter Carr, a spokesman for the special counsel. "They told me they were going to indict me", Corsi told NBC News on Monday.
"I tried two months to cooperate with the Mueller investigation", he said, "and what I'm going to get in return is indicted".

Barrowman , who is the bookmakers' current favourite to win the show's title, said: "I would be over the moon if I won". Megan joins a supposedly leaked list of I'm A Celebrity 2018 contestants which was revealed at the weekend.
Corsi was served a subpoena in August by special counsel Robert Mueller to testify before a grand jury.
Special counsel investigators have questioned Stone and Corsi to determine what connection if any they might have had with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
"The entire negotiations and discussions have just blown up", Corsi said, claiming he had been caught in a "perjury trap".
Russian Federation has repeatedly denied allegations that it meddled in the 2016 USA presidential election, insisting that it does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries.
A spokesperson for Nigel Farage called Corsi's comments, "ill-informed, intentionally malicious gossip". The president has repeatedly denied any such collusion with Moscow.
"In the final analysis, I want everyone to know that, to the best of my recollection, I never met Julian Assange, to the best of my recollection I did not have anyone who connected me to Julian Assange", Corsi said.
In March this year, Corsi abruptly announced on Twitter that Ted Malloch, a conservative academic with ties to the UK Independence party, had been detained and questioned at Boston's Logan airport by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents working for Mueller.
