Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said he welcomes mediation from the United Nations and Egypt to prevent a humanitarian collapse in the Gaza Strip, Israeli media said Tuesday.
The Egyptian-brokered ceasefire deal comes as Israel moves to increase the fishing zone off the coast of the Gaza Strip as well as facilitate the transfer of funds from Qatar for Hamas salaries.
The ministry denounced targeting medical crews and injuring two Palestinian paramedics as they were providing medical care to those injured along the northern borders of Gaza.
The report said Hamas will stop releasing arson balloons into Israel and stop destroying the barbed wire of the border fence between eastern Gaza Strip and Israel.
The children were killed for allegedly attempting to sabotage the border fence and being involved in placing a home-made explosive device next to the fence.
Recent weeks have seen efforts by the United Nations and Egypt result in Qatari-funded fuel deliveries for Gaza, easing a severe electricity shortage.

Ongoing Egyptian efforts to end the months of violence have also hit stumbling blocks over disagreement amongst Palestinian factions and the staunch opposition of the West Bank-based Palestinian Authority, which says that any agreement brokered without its consent would legitimize Hamas' rival administration in Gaza.
Hamas and Islamic Jihad have also welcomed recent efforts by Egypt, Qatar and the United Nations ostensibly aimed at ending the suffering of the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank and in blockaded Gaza.
Both groups praised Egyptian and United Nations efforts to broker a deal. It gave their ages as 14 and 15.
Since the rallies began some seven months ago, more than 200 Palestinians have been killed - and thousands more injured - by Israeli troops deployed along the other side of the buffer zone.
The protests are calling for Palestinians to be allowed to return to the lands they fled during the war surrounding the creation of Israel in 1948 and which are now inside the Jewish state.
In the latest on Friday and into Saturday, Palestinian militants fired dozens of rockets into southern Israel, which responded with extensive air strikes.
