The Maharashtra State Commission for Women on Tuesday issued a notice to actor Nana Patekar, asking him to respond to actress Tanushree Dutta's allegations of sexual harassment against him, reported ANI.
The panel has also sought an update of investigation into the police complaint filed by Tanushree Dutta.
The commission also asked film producers, media houses and cine artistes' associations to set up an internal committee to address complaints filed by women in Bollywood.

Dutta, in a recent interview alleged that Patekar had misbehaved with her while filming a song for the 2008 film "Horn Ok Pleasss". "We have also asked Ms Dutta to appear before the commission and share more information in the matter", Ms Rahatkar said.

Earlier in the day, Patekar, who was shooting for his upcoming film "Housefull 4" in Jodhpur, landed here Saturday. Nana Patekar's lawyer has already sent a legal notice the actress for maligning the image of his client and has demanded publicly apology from her.
