The mother of a 12-year-old son, the crux of Trump's trip is focused on schools, hospitals and orphanages while she focuses on the wellbeing of children. "We went to Ghana, we went to Malawi, we went to Kenya, here we are in Egypt", Trump said.
On her view of her husband's sometimes sharp or derogatory comments, particularly on Twitter, she said, "I don't always agree what he tweets, and I give him my honest advice".
