The actor and comedian was found guilty of the sexual assault of Andrea Constand at a retrial in April of this year, but won't be sentenced until at some point this week, potentially on Monday. Constand tweeted a Bible verse on Monday morning prior to the sentencing that read, "Be wrathful, but do not sin; do not let the sun set while you are still angry; do not give the Devil an opportunity".
Prosecutors hoped to call some of his other accusers to paint Cosby as a sexual predator deserving of prison. More than 50 other women also have accused him of sexual abuse going back decades.
Cosby faces up to 10 years for each of the three counts of aggravated indecent assault, or the judge may choose to send him home on probation.
Trying to avoid the predator designation for their client, Cosby's lawyers argued that the state law itself is unconstitutional. One of those outside the courthouse waiting for Cosby was a frequent protester Bird Milliken, who came with an effigy of Cosby in a shopping cart with a bright pink sign around the neck, reading, "America's First #MeToo Conviction", followed by the words.
At Cosby's trial, five women besides Constand testified that he had assaulted them.

Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neill in a ruling Wednesday asks prosecutors if they hope to call the five trial witnesses.
"The judge is going to get less flak if they see Bill Cosby walk out in cuffs", he said.

Whatever the sentence, Cosby is likely to be deemed a sexually violent predator and will have to undergo monthly counseling the rest of his life, in prison or out.
It is possible, however, that the women who appeared at the trial will testify again at sentencing.
