Mesut Ozil was among the selected Arsenal players that travelled to Singapore for the Pre-Season tour of the North Londoners and the player has revealed his excitement towards the upcoming matches where they will play against three top European clubs including their arch rivals Chelsea.

Ozil, who has Turkish roots, had been under fire since posing for a controversial photograph with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in May which sparked questions about his loyalty to Germany's squad ahead of the tournament in Russian Federation. Emery said: 'It is a personal decision from Mesut and I respect it.
Many politicians and journalists in Germany questioned Ozil's loyalty to his country after photographs emerged of Ozil, a third generation immigrant with a Turkish heritage, posing alongside Erdogan.
"Everybody at the club is thinking like me to help him and to feel (good) here and express his quality with us".

Sportsmail revealed on Tuesday how chief executive Ivan Gazidis roused Arsenal staff and players on Monday by launching an impassioned defence of Ozil during a morale-boosting barbecue.
Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech also said the players were keen to support Ozil, who smashed the club´s transfer record when he moved from Real Madrid in 2013.
"We are going to help him feel good and show his quality with us", said Emery.
"We wanted to give him normality".
"As a team we support him here, we try to make sure he feels good, so he can train and perform at his best".
