The 30-year-old says he will appeal the decision to evict him from the NY home. Mark and Christina even offered him $1,100 to leave as well as help him find a new place, but these are the things that Michael dubbed "attacks".
In a note dated 2 February, which has been filed in Onondaga county supreme court, they wrote: "Michael, after a discussion with your mother, we have decided that you must leave this house immediately".
According to WSTM, the couple gave Michael a note on February 2, telling him to leave the home within 14 days.

In a redacted filing, Michael said he runs his own "successful" business, calling it "the overwhelmingly superior choice for the [his] economic well being over the working of a full-time job". "We will take whatever actions are necessary to enforce this decision".
Another reporter asked Rotondo if he has a Web business. He will appeal the judge's decision and said he wasn't given enough time to vacate the property - despite being warned several months ago.
