Believe it or not, but there's a new Star Wars movie flying into theaters next month-yes, next month.
Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Paul Bettany also star.
As earlier hinted by Glover, it looks like this spinoff film will have a lot more humor to entertain the fan base.
"Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in 'Solo: A Star Wars Story, ' an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy". The story follows a young (er) Han Solo, played by Alden Ehrenreich (rather than going with an eerily lifelike computer-generated Harrison Ford).
Gov. Rick Scott Seeks to Unseat Sen. Bill Nelson in Senate Race
Scott is a multi-millionaire who used millions of his own money in his two gubernatorial campaigns. I've always run every race like there's no tomorrow -regardless of my opponent.
In Solo, Lando boasts to Han that "everything you've heard about me is true". The recent trailer (and still image above) shows that scene from a different angle, which reveals that Ehrenreich's Han Solo is also present in that sequence, standing in the back of the cockpit. We get an even better look at Donald Glover's Lando Calrissian, which is the character we're most looking forward to seeing in the film.
"I'm a driver... and I'm a flyer". However, between the controversial nature of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and the impending controversy (calling it now) of Solo: A Star Wars Story, it's hit a fever pitch.
Overall, it's a promising look at the "Star Wars" spin-off, directed by Duncan-born Oscar victor Ron Howard and due in theaters May 25. When Beckett tells Solo, "Assume everyone will betray you, and you will never be disappointed", is he perhaps talking about himself?
The film has been under quite a bit of scrutiny since the film's publicised production problems, which included its original directors Christopher Miller and Phil Lord getting fired halfway through filming.
