He further informed that the Air India will be permitted to fly over the territory for three times in a week after it pays 750,000 Euros to Israel's Ministry of Tourism.
Netanyahu had said on Monday that 'Air India signed an agreement today to fly to Israel over Saudi Arabia, ' during a briefing at the Blair House in Washington, DC, where Netanyahu is staying through his attendance at the annual AIPAC conference.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told reporters on Monday that an airline flying to Tel Aviv has been granted access to Saudi Arabia's airspace. The reason being, flying to and from Israel have until now been barred from Saudi airspace.

But an Air India spokesman denied the Prime Minister's comments several hours later, stressing they had not received any confirmation and had only submitted a request for a flight along that route.
In an unprecedented and historic move, Saudi Arabia will provide full access to its airspace for Star Alliance member Air India, on its commercial flight to Tel Aviv.

Currently, Saudi Arabia does not recognize Israel and has banned any flights to the country from using its airspace for more than 70 years. Reports suggest that the two nations have been working toward that goal, as they share strong concern over the 2015 Iran nuclear deal.
Air India has received authorization from the Saudi Arabian government to fly over the country on its way to and from Tel Aviv.
The new Israel-India route was announced by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Israel in July.
In the past, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also announced new flight service connecting Delhi, Mumbai and Tel Aviv when he visited Israel previous year.
"We have applied for the route with (India's) directorate general of civil aviation", a spokesman said.
